Cream Cheese Icing

1/4 cup (50 ml) margarine or butteer
4 oz (125 g) cream cheese
1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla
2 cups icing sugar
1 Tablespoon milk or water (if needed)

Cream together margarine and cream cheese. Add vanilla. Mix in icing sugar. Add water or milk if needed to make a smooth, creamy, spreadable frosting.

Should be enough for a 9" cake.

  1. You know, this site is not fair. Your kids don't even have to go through the embarrassment of calling you to admit that your version of every dish is the best and that they now want to attempt to do something your way. Do you think you could help my mom put together a site? lol
